EFFECTIVE APRIL 1, 2025
WATER RATES:
- That the minimum charge for water be set at $299.40 per every three months, this charge will cover the usage of 7,500 gallons and that for each 1,000 gallons used thereafter the additional charge for this usage be calculated at $32.60 per 1,000 gallons.
2. That the charge for water obtained from the pipe stand be set at $34.45 per 1,000 gallons.
SEWER CHARGE:
- That the sewer rates for the properties in the Village of Tuxford be set at $60.00 for 3 months.
